Processing food ingredients on an industrial scale demands specialised know-how. And Cosun has a lot of it in-house. At the request of the Cosun business groups, and preferably in collaboration with customers, Cosun Food Technology Centre constantly works on improving production processes and developing innovative product concepts. And it doesn't stop at customer requests. Cosun also takes its own initiatives to create value from the raw materials it processes. To do so, CFTC works with universities and other knowledge centres in the Netherlands and abroad.
CFTC is the Cosun knowledge and expertise centre for product development, process technology, analysis and research. It also has its own info centre and invests in knowledge management. We operate our own research laboratories, analytical test rigs and run our own 'kitchen'. Our professionals can tell you more about all the things they cook up there.
